  • How do I know when my job will be delivered?  At Victory Movers, Inc., we have systems in place that allows us to monitor the whereabouts of our trucks on the road.  We try to have as many contact numbers as possible to keep you the customer apprised of where we are in the delivery cycle.
  • Why is my Customer given a two-hour window for their delivery?  Can’t you be more precise?  Because of weather, traffic, and other factors such as problems on the previous stop, we can not always predict precisely the arrival time at your site.  The more information we have regarding the delivery to you, the better we are able to serve you.  Please let us know any information you have regarding the conditions at the delivery site, this will speed up the process immensely.
  • Will Victory Movers, Inc. Set up delivery with my Customers?  As a service to our customers, Victory Movers, Inc. will make arrangements with your customers to execute delivery of your products upon request.  We will also provide telephone or email reminders prior to delivery if so needed.
  • Will Victory Movers, Inc. Delivery Technicians Install and Haul away my Customers Appliance(s)? In a lot of cases, YES.  Our drivers are trained to do minor installations of appliances.  All the trucks carry a variety of tools to help facilitate simple installations.
  • How can I insure that there is no damage in pick-up, storage or delivery of my products?  Victory Movers, Inc. employs a 3-point inspection system (arrival in warehouse, when we load on truck for delivery, and when we hand deliver to destination).  We are unlike our competitors in that we take a ‘white-glove’ approach in handling your belongings and carry-in to location.
